What we collect

  • Your name, email address and phone number.
  • Your delivery address, or that you chose pickup.
  • Your order details: glass sizes, options, notes and prices.
  • Messages you send us.
  • Payment confirmation from our payment provider. We don’t receive or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

To check and confirm your order, take payment, arrange manufacture and delivery, contact you about your order, handle remakes, returns and warranty claims, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only what’s needed to fulfil your order, with:

  • our glass processing and hardware suppliers (order specifications, and delivery details if they deliver);
  • delivery couriers (name, phone, delivery address);
  • our payment provider, Square (once online payment is enabled);
  • our website host, Netlify, which stores website form submissions;
  • our accountant and professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

Some of these providers may store data outside Australia (for example in the United States). We don’t sell your personal information.

Marketing

We won’t send you marketing unless you’ve agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.

Cookies and browser storage

The order page stores your cart in your own browser (local storage) so it isn’t lost if you refresh. We don’t currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising measurement tools, we’ll update this policy.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above and for our legal obligations.

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing our contact form. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
