No. We supply glass only — no site measures and no installation. If you need it fitted, book your own glazier, builder or handyperson. Ask them to give you the finished glass sizes.

The price is based on the glass type and thickness, the area, the edge finish around the perimeter, and any notch. Delivery is added by zone. You see the full price, including GST, before you send your order.

Yes. All prices on the site are in Australian dollars and include GST. Your cart shows the GST amount.

Glass panels cut to your size — square, or tapered to suit walls out of plumb and floors out of level, with an optional corner notch. Toughened safety glass comes in clear, low iron, grey, matelux (frosted) and narrowreed (fluted); standard annealed glass is also available. We also cut silver mirror (4 mm or 6 mm) and bronze or grey mirror (6 mm), standard or toughened. Choose a polished or arrissed edge. For holes, hinge cutouts or anything else, contact us.

Yes. We supply cut-to-size toughened safety glass panels for pool fencing in 12 mm clear toughened glass (glass only — we don’t supply spigots, clamps or other hardware) — order them through the panel builder. Pool fences must comply with AS 1926 and your local council’s rules; the fence design and installation are the owner’s and installer’s responsibility. We supply the glass only and don’t certify compliance. For balustrade glass, please contact us.

Yes to notches: the panel builder lets you put a notch on any corner, with its own width, height and run-outs. For holes or hinge cutouts, contact us for a quote.

At checkout. Once your order is in your cart, you pay securely by card through Square. We then check your sizes and options, and if there’s a problem with your sizes we’ll contact you before we cut.

Yes, free of charge, until you’ve paid and we’ve sent your order to production. After that it’s being custom made for you and can’t be changed or cancelled. See the terms of sale.

No. Toughened glass can’t be cut, drilled or re-edged after it’s made — it will shatter. Double-check every size before you order.

Glass is custom made to the sizes you give us, so mis-measured glass can’t be refunded or returned. We can make a replacement at the normal price. See remakes & returns.

No problem. Check each wall with a level and enter how far it’s out of plumb (and which way) in the panel builder, plus how far the floor is out of level and which side is lower. We cut the panel tapered to follow them, and the drawing shows the real sizes as you go. Our measuring guide shows how.

No. We cut exactly to the sizes and run-outs you enter, so please double-check them — and check the drawing matches what you measured — before you order.

Yes. All deliveries require assistance from the customer to unload. Panels larger than 1000 x 2100 mm need a second person to help lift.

Up to 3000 x 2000 mm (long side up to 3000 mm, short side up to 2000 mm). Contact us for anything larger.

Toughened glass usually takes PLACEHOLDER, standard glass PLACEHOLDER, from payment. We’ll confirm your date.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, with photos. We’ll replace glass that’s broken in delivery or has a manufacturing defect. Please don’t install damaged glass. See remakes & returns.
