We deliver cut-to-size glass across Melbourne metro, or you can pick up for free. Delivery fees are shown in your cart before you send your order.
Melbourne metro delivery zones
Choose your zone at checkout. If you’re not sure which zone you’re in, pick the closest — we check every address and will tell you before payment if the fee needs to change.

All deliveries require assistance from the customer to unload. Panels larger than 1000 x 2100 mm need a second person to help lift. Maximum piece size is 3000 x 2000 mm.
Pickup
Pickup is free. We’ll email the pickup address and a time once your order is ready. Bring help and suitable transport — glass is heavy (10 mm glass weighs about 25 kg per m²) and must be carried and transported upright, on edge.
Pickup location: Pickup address is emailed with your order confirmation.
Lead times
Your order is made after you’ve paid and confirmed your measurements. Lead time: 7–10 business days from order confirmation, then delivery or pickup. Estimated lead times:

Lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays. We’ll confirm your delivery or pickup date by email.
On delivery day
- All deliveries require assistance from the customer to unload. Panels larger than 1000 x 2100 mm need a second person to help lift.
- Someone aged 18+ must be there to receive the glass. If nobody is home, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Tell us about stairs, lifts, narrow access or parking restrictions in the delivery notes at checkout.
- Inspect your glass on delivery. Report any breakage, chips or damage within 48 hours, with photos — see remakes & returns.
- We deliver only. We don’t carry glass into position, measure or install.
